This is an image I took from my backyard early one morning, a place of solace and calm.
My view includes a great old gum tree (left of frame) standing proud.
If you have been following me on instagram you would recently have seen my post of a guy hanging about in this tree, little did I know that when I returned home in the afternoon the tree would be gone.
My view from my place of solitude has completely changed, however as a photographer, I can be thankful that I have the many images I have taken from within my yard to keep these memories.
As a gift to you all out there, I would love to offer a Fab Feb Sale, which includes a free 2 hour session (up to 6 children) booked in February.
A saving of $200, ensure to subscribe, share and email your details to get this amazing offer!
And just a little New Year reminder - remember to print your images (even if it is only from your phone) and keep your memories alive.
What the beep am I doing?
A new year with supposed new beginnings, but I do have to ask myself "What the beep am I doing?"
You may have found yourself in this predicament maybe once or twice in life, love, career, family or finances and somehow as humans we seem to be able to withstand more than we give ourselves credit for.
In my case it's my career and starting up a photography business with marketing and social media skills adding up to zilch, zero, nada.
So here goes to a year full of just going for everything I've got and swimming for my life, because sinking sure is not an option.
Oh, and by the way, if anyone has any tips they wold like to share, please comment below.
